Purpose: The Library Board of the Kraemer Library and Community Center establishes this Bid Policy on spending guidelines for the purchase of and contracts for supplies, materials, and contractual services.
- Purchases up to $1,000 may be made based on the best judgment of the department head.
- Purchases of $1,000 - $5,000 require solicitation of two or more quotes. Written quotes must be documented. Verbal quotes must have written details of the quote documented and retained on file.
- Purchases of $5,000 or more require three or more solicited quotes. All quotes must be written and documented.
